Amber Heard spent time in Spain with her daughter Oonagh months after the defamation trial opposite her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.

The 36-year-old actress has been keeping a low profile after appearing in an interview after Depp won all three counts of defamation against her.

After millions viewed the trial, the Aquaman actress’s public image took a nosedive, especially on social media.

Heard was left $8.35 million in debt to Depp as observers doubted she could stage a Hollywood comeback.

Amber Heard announced that she secretly welcomed baby girl Oonagh Paige via surrogate in July 2021, claiming to be the mother and the father.

The actress has been pictured spending time in Spain with her daughter, as seen on Page Six.

It is unclear whether Heard has relocated to the Spanish island or is taking a vacation before she continues her legal battle with Johnny Depp.

Amber Heard set to appeal defamation verdict with new lawyers

In August, Heard announced that she had assembled a new team to appeal the defamation verdict.

The actress announced that she hired David L. Axelrod and Jay Ward Brown of Ballard Spahr to lead, with Ben Rottenborn remaining on her team as co-counsel.

However, her most visible attorney during the defamation trial, Elaine Bredehoft, has stepped down.

The actress doubled down on her claims against Depp following the trial, arguing that evidence that could support her allegations of domestic abuse was not allowed in court.

A spokesperson for Heard echoed these comments indicating that they will continue to fight the case.

“When it comes to protecting the fundamental right of Freedom of Speech, we look at the jury’s decision — to paraphrase a famous quote — not ‘as the beginning of the end, but merely the end of the beginning.’ A different court warrants different representation, particularly as so much new evidence is now coming to light,” the statement read, per PEOPLE.

Her attorneys indicated in a joint statement that they would seek a reversal of the judgment against her and argued that the case is a principle of Freedom of Speech.

Actors play Johnny Depp and Amber Heard in a new month about the trial

The much-hyped defamation trial between the Hollywood exes has got a movie.

The trailer expectedly got a strong reaction as it comes just four months after the trial ended.

There have also been documentaries and think pieces about the sensationalized trial that was watched by millions and edited into social media clips.

Actor Mark Hapka, who plays Depp, said he was skeptical about the role. “Listen, I was a little skeptical too when I first heard about it,” he said to Entertainment Weekly.

Megan Davis, the actress portraying Heard, told the outlet in a different interview. “It’s a topic you want to treat with such respect, and the problem I think with the trial is that people see themselves in both.”

The movie Hot Take: The Depp/Heard Trial is now streaming on Tubi.
