Below Deck charter guest Delores Flora has broken her silence on Captain Lee Rosbach and getting kicked off the hit Bravo show.

One week after her final episode aired, Delores stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to tell her side of the story. Izzy Wouters and Elizabeth Frankini were also guests on the show, listening to Delores defend her actions.

Love of water

Andy wasted no time getting to what all Below Deck fans wanted to know. What did Delores think of her late-night swim now that she watched it play out on screen.?

“The water was just beautiful,” Delores explained. “I don’t know what to say. It was calling my name. It was warm, it was lovely, and I felt the need to bond with fish.”

She did admit that she has not watched the second episode where she left the My Seanna yacht.

As for being extremely intoxicated during her short charter, Delores merely declared, “Who isn’t drunk on vacation?” Even Andy agreed that the infamous guest had a good point.

Those fans wondering if Delores was too drunk to listen and understand Captain Lee’s anger. She said she wasn’t. It turns out Delores has always had an issue with authority, especially when it comes to water.

Delores does not owe Captain Lee an apology

The WWHL host, of course, wanted to know if Delores now felt she perhaps owed Captain Lee an apology.

“I think that no, I just didn’t take him, his warnings seriously,” she stated. “There was no man overboard protocol throwing out there. No one threw me a life ring, no one threw me a vest, no one got in the deed to haul my a** back in, so no, I just didn’t take him seriously.”

Captain Lee threw Delores off the charter, but she was planning on leaving anyway. Once she was safely back in her cabin, Delores began packing her bags. She admitted she was going to call a water taxi the next day on her own.

Everyone was on the same page, it seems.

Delores had no idea the crew was placed outside her room after her late-night swim. She did feel bad her actions caused that to happen.

Neither Izzy nor Elizabeth has any resentment toward Delores or her behavior. Elizabeth loves the charter guest’s spirit, while Izzy called her “iconic.”

Many Below Deck charter guests have cemented their place in the show’s history for one reason or another. Delores has now been added to that list. She has become the talk of Season 8 so far.

What did you think of Delores’ response to her drunken behavior?

Below Deck airs Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
