Meghan and Prince Harry were reportedly angered and frustrated by the Queen and Prince Charles’s alleged attempt to control their finances and public relations, a royal watcher has claimed.

In the ITV documentary Harry and William: What Went Wrong, royal expert Camilla Tominey claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were angry because they felt the senior Royals meddled in their affairs.

According to Express, the couple’s anger over what they perceived to be the Queen and Prince Charles’s meddling peaked after they separated from the joint Kensington Royal household they shared the Cambridges.

Following the split, Harry and Meghan moved out of Nottingham Cottage on the grounds of Kensington Palace to Frogmore Cottage near Windsor Castle.

Sussexes announced Megxit following anger over Queen’s meddling, royal watcher claimed

According to Tominey, after Harry and Meghan separated from the Cambridges and moved to Frogmore, they wanted to set up their own independent PR office.

The Queen and Prince Charles blocked them.

The restrictions the Queen imposed incensed Harry and Meghan, and months later, they announced they were stepping down from their official roles as senior working Royals, according to Tominey.

“Rather than have their own press office established, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were told that they would be incorporated into Buckingham Palace,” Tominey claimed. “It’s at that point that the Queen and Prince Charles sweep in and say no, we will manage your affairs.”

“And, in a way, that’s the final straw because once again the Sussexes are saying ‘why can’t we have what the Cambridges are having? We should be on equal footing,’” she added.

The Sussexes and the Cambridges clashed over bullying allegations

The latest claim comes after royal expert Robert Lacey alleged the Sussexes left the Kensington Royal household after Harry and William clashed over allegations that Meghan bullied royal staff, forcing two personal assistants to quit.

The row started after Kate reportedly confronted Meghan and expressed disapproval of how she treated the palace staff, according to Lacey, author of Battle of Brothers: William and Harry — The Inside Story of a Family in Tumult.

Monsters & Critics reported that in an email sent in October 2018 to Buckingham Palace HR, Jason Knauf, a former press secretary to the Sussexes, alleged that Meghan bullied Kensington Palace staff members.

William “threw Harry out,” royal writer alleged

Following the clash, William reportedly demanded to be separated from Meghan. He wanted Meghan removed from the Kensington Palace household.

William’s demand led to the Sussexes setting up a new office in Buckingham Palace.

They wanted to set up an independent office, but according to Tominey, the Queen and Prince Charles insisted on incorporating them into Buckingham Palace.

“William wished to be separated from Meghan on a day-to-day basis — and that meant being separated from his brother as well,” Lacey wrote.

According to Lacey, a source confirmed it was William who “threw Harry out” of the Kensington Royal household.

The Sussexes and Cambridges officially confirmed their split in March 2019.

It’s hilarious that they thought they could be equal to the future King and Queen. MeGain is full of herself. Typical narcissistic grifter.
