The Young and the Restless spoilers for next week’s episodes of the hit CBS soap opera reveal secrets are exposed, heath issues, scheming, and romance are the name of the game in Genoa City.
February sweeps is in full swing, and Y&R is pulling out all the stops to keep viewers glued to their television screens. New stories emerge while others explode with exciting twists that include a shocking confession.
Ashland’s backed into a corner
The walls are closing in on Ashland (Richard Burgi). Thanks to Michael’s (Christian LeBlanc) Peru trip, Victor (Eric Braeden) gets the goods on his son-in-law.
Victor corners Ashland to let him know his dirty little secret is out. Ashland is forced to confess his lies to Victoria, who once again realizes she’s been betrayed by her husband.
Ashland scrambles to save his marriage to Victoria despite his lying and secrets. It turns out he does love her.
The Ashland switcheroo takes place next week. Robert Newman takes over the role Wednesday, February 9, after Richard Burgi was fired earlier this year.
When she’s not dealing with Ashland, Victoria focuses her attention on Adam (Mark Grossman). Victoria puts Adam in his place.
Meanwhile, Adam takes matters into his own hands. The move will leave Y&R fans wondering if the old Adam is about to return.
Abby faces a new family crisis
Dominic’s (Rainn and River Ware) health becomes concerning for Abby (Melissa Ordway), Devon (Bryton James), and Chance (Conner Floyd). They receive some disturbing news about the little boy.
All signs point to a medical crisis with baby Dominic that will drastically change things for Chance, Abby, and Devon. Plus, Chance has another setback that finally seeks help to be there for his wife and son.
Valentine’s Day celebrations
After dealing with Ashland and a whole lot of family drama, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor enjoy some Valentine’s Day romance. Billy (Jason Thompson) also gets in the Valentine’s Day spirit with a special surprise for Lily (Christel Khalil).
The women of Genoa City are showing their support for each other too. Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) and Amanda (Mishael Morgan) team up on a little fishing expedition. Plus, Nikki gives Lily some business advice.
Not everyone is into the day of love. Noah (Rory Gibson) continues to pine for Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) worry about their son after his latest actions to ruin Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa’s relationship.
Over with Jack (Peter Bergman), he finds himself at crossroads. Considering he let Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) leave town, it’s safe to say she has something to do with his latest life-altering decision.
Oh, what a week it’s going to be on the hit CBS daytime drama!

Donny Boaz as Chance was great. This guy stinks. Also think replacing Ashland is a mistake. The current one does a good job. Been watching Y&R since it started and am starting to lose interest. The worst storyline ever is the co-custody.
I agree 100% Noah is awful, too, have been watching for 40 yrs. Baby is not Devons its Bens. Show has become predictable, I always fivure out what is going to happen.

totally agree, the new Ashland looks much older to me and will look ridiculous with Victoria, and Donny was the perfect Chance. The custody agreement is ridiculous I would have fought Devon in court and made him stick to the the original agreement he signed up for..The child is too young to be shuffled around like this.

Am I the only one to think Devon is thinking Dom is his son? He will go after full custody wait and see. I wish they would do something for Adam. I think Victoria need to be put in her place. Adam ought to record his conversations with Victoria and play them foe Daddy when the time is right
“Shared custody,” simply stupid with lack of professionalism. What are the writers trying to gain by this fiasco?
I hope it turns out the lab used Chances sperm and it was good and Devon is not the father. It
this show is becoming a snooze fest. Need to shake it up. Make it so Victor set up for Adam to replace Victoria, she needs knocked down a peg or two. Bring back Lola for Noah., need new people to arrive in Genoa City and definetly new writers!

Really discussed with Devon and Chance. If Devon wants a baby so much then he and Amanda can have one. As for Chance , I would have kicked him out for his actions to push Abby into signing papers without her family’s input and support.
Great abbey whining some more rhis week. Would love ro have an abbeyless week. Tired of switch the channel when her whiney mug comes on.
I I’m Really getting tried of them not letting Devon be happy and letting Abby be happy not feeling this chance yet and Victoria dose need be knocked down apeg find noel some happiness and jack Devon and Amanda have a baby bring a little more excitement to the picture cause some things u dragging on to long and Chelsea need to move on let Adam be happy for a chance and don’t bring the old Adam back time for a change let him be more stronger andhe starting to get a long with people billy seems to be doing better so far anyway some things just needs to move forward getting boating cause you keep changing things backwards time for new drama but different some caraters need let a lone some time but I’m just saying
