It has been a tough year for Kathryn Dennis.
The fiery redhead was let go from Southern Charm after reportedly having a tough time filming Season 8.
From there, things continued to go downhill when she lost custody of her children, Kensie and Saint, to their father, Thomas Ravenel.
Kathryn moved back to Moncks Corner to live with her father, and since then, things have seemingly continued to fall apart around her.
After an incident last week where an officer was struck in a hit-and-run incident, it was confirmed that the car was registered to the reality TV star.
There has been no confirmation that Kathryn was the one behind the wheel. The only fact was that the vehicle was registered to Kathryn and was located at a Moncks Corner address.
Kathryn Dennis continues to spiral
While dealing with everything the last few years have thrown at her, Kathryn Dennis is reportedly having a tough time dealing with things.
She has pulled back from social media, only sharing a few posts here and there. The Southern Charm star revealed she recently added a new member to her family but didn’t share the cause behind it.
However, All About the Tea got the scoop about it. A source close to Kathryn told the publication that her dog, Gucci, was savagely killed by coyotes not long ago. She didn’t share the news publicly, but it makes sense, given that her new puppy is Gucci’s spitting image.
Will Kathryn Dennis return to Southern Charm?
Season 9 of Southern Charm isn’t the same without Kathryn Dennis.
She was cast for Season 1 and has been a part of the show up until Season 8 wrapped. Kathryn has always brought the drama, and her relationship with Thomas Ravenel was chronicled throughout her time on the Bravo show.
It’s unclear whether she will return to the show, but given everything she has going on in her life, including her alleged involvement in the hit-and-run that happened last week, she may not be a good candidate for a return.
Kathryn hasn’t been mentioned in Season 9 yet, and it seems her move to Moncks Corner was her way of breaking free. Though nothing concrete has come out, there have been rumblings about some of the redhead’s issues.
Kathryn has not been confirmed as the driver who struck the officer, as an investigation is still underway. She hasn’t commented on the situation, either.
