Nene is dishing some details on her marriage to Gregg Leakes and you’ll be shocked at what she revealed.
During a recent episode of Lip Service, Nene got real about her marriage to Gregg Leakes.
Nene talks about cheating
The Atlanta housewife told the hosts on the racy podcast that she and her husband Gregg have talked about open relationships and an open marriage.
She says, “if Gregg wanted to be with somebody right now I would say go right on,” adding, “why am I going to try and keep him from doing something he wants to do.”
She then said if that happened, the choice would be hers to decide if she wanted to stay with him or not, saying, “I probably would stay with him.”
When asked if this makes her feel like she can do what she wants, if Gregg does the same, she responded, “I do what I want anyway, I really do.”
The 52-year-old RHOA alum explained that she’s often traveling while her husband stays in their hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. “So whatever he’s doing I don’t really need to know about it,” she told the women, explaining that she and Gregg have actually had that conversation.
She told them that it would be “really disrespectful” if she found out about it. Nene informed the women that she knows Gregg loves her, so if he did step outside of their marriage, the couple would have a conversation about it.

This isn’t the first time Gregg and Nene have dealt with the topic of infidelity.
Last year, there was an apparent incident between Gregg and one of his wife’s store employees, which prompted the RHOA alum to send out this tweet:
U find out ur husband/boyfriend been talkin on the phone regularly to 1 of ur female employees as “just a friend” but u had no knowledge of it, did he cross any lines? Askin 4 a friend since y’all know EVERYTHING (but he said, we never talked sex! I just needed some1 to talk 2

She also addressed the incident on the podcast, noting that it was revealed by another employee who said Gregg had Face-timed the young lady.
Gregg denied the allegations and later told her, “We never did anything. We just talked on the phone. We never had sex…You weren’t here for me to talk to.”
The young lady was promptly fired, and Nene says she didn’t speak to her husband for several months.
Gregg and Nene’s Marriage
The reality star also spoke about her 2011 divorce from Gregg after 14 years together, saying she was at her breaking point and a number of things attributed to it.
They both went on to date other people for a short time, but by 2012 the couple had reconciled.
They remarried in 2013 and the grand affair was captured in a Bravo TV wedding special, I Dream of Nene: The Wedding.
The couple once again went through rough times in their marriage after Gregg was diagnosed with cancer. Thankfully Gregg announced he was cancer-free in 2019 and the two seem to be in a much better place.
These two have certainly endured a lot during their relationship, but one thing that seemed to remain was their love for each other.
