Many members of the cast of Vanderpump Rules are self-quarantined during the current coronavirus outbreak — and now Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant Sur and TomTom, the bar she co-owns with Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval, have both officially closed.
The news was announced in a statement released on social media, which began, “To our West Hollywood Community, It saddens us to have to do this, but with the advisement of the government and local authorities, we have closed our restaurants until further notice.”
It continues, “These are scary times right now, but nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees and guests. We encourage everyone to social distance themselves, to allow our community to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we hope everyone does their utmost to fight this.
“Together we will get through this and come out stronger on the other side. Keep following us for updates and we hope we can welcome you back again soon. Stay safe. Much Love, TomTom.”
All dine-in restaurants and bars are closed in LA due to coronavirus pandemic
Currently, all bars, clubs, dine-in restaurants, gyms, and other places of entertainment are shut down in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Vanderpump Rules’ Stassi Schroeder’s current live podcast tour has also been postponed. Stassi and her fiance Beau Clark have been living with Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz because their home is under construction during the tour.
Many of the Vanderpump Rules stars are posting videos and photos on social media while they stay inside.
Kristin Doute is currently staying at Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor’s home. Kristin has revealed that her current boyfriend is not in the country and she didn’t want to be alone. Tom Sandoval and girlfriend Ariana Madix are also practicing social distancing.
Some cast members are trying to stay social while social distancing
Vanderpump Rules newcomer Dayna Kathan is attempting to socialize via social media. She started a game and tagged several Vanderpump Rules cast members.
She encouraged friends to take a shot and tag 10 friends to participate. Kristin quickly joined in, and Ariana did a green juice shot, as it was earlier in the day at the time.
Many fans are also sharing photos of their “quarantinis,” a play on drinks made with Ariana and Tom’s new cocktail recipe book.
It seems Scheana and Lala are both at home as well. Lala recently shared on social media, “About to quarantine my a– off. This whole situation has been way too heavy.
“I’ll catch y’all when this is over. Until then, be safe, stay healthy, and try not to kill each other over toilet paper 👋”
Vanderpump Rules airs every Tuesday night at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
