Teen Mom 2 is coming back for a brand new season in less than two weeks. Ahead of the season premiere, the feud between Jenelle Evans and Kailyn Lowry has been reignited with fury. The point of contention is David Eason and after the past year, things haven’t calmed down.
Last February, MTV fired David Eason and refused to allow him to be filmed or present during anything related to Teen Mom 2. Jenelle’s spot on the show was in limbo but it was ultimately decided that she would continue to be a part of the show.
David Eason’s antics
Everything began spiraling downward last February when David Eason went off on Twitter. That began the contention among him and the Teen Mom 2 cast and crew.
Since then, Jenelle Evans has stood behind her man. She made a terrifying 9-1-1 call this past fall with chilling accusations. Despite the call being made public, Evans decided to recant her version of what happened and once again stand behind Eason.
Most recently, he was charged with tampering with a vehicle and causing injury to personal property when he towed a vehicle illegally. Of course, both David Eason and Jenelle Evans maintain their innocence in the matter.
Kailyn Lowry jumps in
The feud between Jenelle Evans and Kailyn Lowry has been ongoing for years. At one point they were friends but that didn’t last long at all. Recently, Lowry sent Evans a care package that contained her new hair care products as a peace offering.
Jenelle was not interested in making peace and took to social media to display the bonfire she had going while burning the “gifts” Kailyn Lowry had sent. It wasn’t shocking to Teen Mom 2 viewers who have been following the feud, but it showed where Evans’ state of mind was.
A new report from The Ashley revealed that MTV crew members have refused to be present to film if David Eason is anywhere around.
It went on to say many people feel like he is a danger and they don’t want to take a chance with what could potentially happen. Kailyn Lowry responded to the report on Twitter, confirming she felt the same way.

Jenelle Evans responds to ‘rumors’
Earlier today, Jenelle Evans took to her Instagram stories to debunk the rumors that David Eason interferes with Teen Mom 2 filming. In fact, she insists that she only films with her mom or her kids.
Viewers know that David Eason is no longer able to film so having him around makes no sense. According to Jenelle, David isn’t around during filming and the crew doesn’t even come to their home anymore.
She went on further to explain that people don’t understand “country living” and the need to defend their family or land. David Eason has been seen with guns on social media, causing several people to worry about what exactly is happening on “the land.”
With just under two weeks to go before the new season premieres, this Teen Mom 2 feud revved up at the perfect time.
