Yesterday, the news broke that CPS has removed Jenelle Evans’ two sons from her care. Kaiser was removed from his daycare by Nathan Griffith’s family after an order from Child Protective Services without her permission after the shooting that happened on her property two weeks ago.
When David Eason shot Jenelle’s dog, Jace was on a trip with Barbara, who has legal custody of Jace. CPS reportedly advised her to keep him away from the property for his own safety.
It was reported that it was the detective investigating the shooting who advised CPS to remove the children. However, fans wondered about Ensley’s safety as well as Maryssa’s safety. Maryssa is David Eason’s biological daughter.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that CPS is looking to remove Ensley and Maryssa as well. However, the website hasn’t revealed what the agency is planning on doing. Both Ensley and Maryssa were in the home at the time of the shooting.
Jenelle hasn’t commented on Ensley and Maryssa, but did issue a statement yesterday about Kaiser and Jace.
“I’ve been fighting to get my son back,” Jenelle told US Weekly in a statement about the situation. “Kaiser was taken away Friday without my consent, before Mother’s Day, and I have been in touch with my lawyer pertaining this matter.”
Evans confirms that her legal team is working on getting her kids home. She didn’t address CPS’ reported plans of looking into having Ensley and Maryssa removed as well.
“CPS told Doris [Nathan Griffith’s mother] to take Kaiser without my consent and still have no legal paperwork signed by the judge stating my kids are taken from me,” she continues.
Jenelle and Nathan are due in court later this month over the removal of Kaiser, but Evans appears convinced that she’ll get him back, as their current custody agreement is still in place.
While fans would love to see Jenelle leave David Eason behind, she revealed that they are working on their marriage. She hopes to have her entire family back together soon.
Teen Mom 2 wrapped up last night on MTV. The show is expected to return later this year but without Jenelle Evans.
