The Masked Singer had a double elimination on Wednesday night, and the first person unmasked was Armadillo.

The night saw three competitors singing, two of them with diva voices and the other a raspy male competitor.

It wasn’t much of a surprise when Armadillo was the lowest vote-getter of the night, thanks to the very impressive competition by the two women.

When he unmasked, Armadillo turned out to be Dog the Bounty Hunter.

Here is what you need to know about Armadillo on The Masked Singer.

Armadillo’s final night on The Masked Singer

This season, no one lasted long on The Masked Singer as the competition is grouped into the Good, the Bad, and the Cuddly.

However, Armadillo was an easy guess, as we figured out it was Dog the Bounty Hunter after his first performance and clues package.

The first clues package said Armadillo had a “tough exterior” but was “soft on the inside.” He also said he is “scuffed, dented, or straight up bruised.”

It also said he was “chasing down my enemies or snuggling up to my lady.”

In that week, he sang Secret Agent Man by Johnny Rivers. In his second performance, he sang I Fought the Law by The Bobby Fuller Four and Walking the Dog by Rufus Thomas.

Finally, this week he sang the Church hymn, Amazing Grace.

The clues this week solidified it, with him mentioning he had been in jail and got a second chance at life when he got out.

It was enough for Jenny McCarthy and Nicole Scherzinger to guess who it was before he was unmasked.

Who is Dog the Bounty Hunter on The Masked Singer?

Dog the Bounty Hunter is Duane Chapman, who, for years, was the star of his own reality TV show where he hunted down bail jumpers. He became incredibly popular and still has a huge fan base today.

When he was asked about being on the show, Dog talked about the experience.

“It was so much fun to be the clue leaver instead of the clue hunter,” Dog told TV Insider. “It was great.”

“I was very satisfied to be in the place I placed there,” he admitted. “I thought for sure I was going home right out of the gate when I started.”

The Masked Singer airs on Wednesday nights at 8/7c on Fox.
