During an Instagram Live session at the beginning of the week Tiffany Franco from 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? confirmed that she and Ronald Smith were still together and that she was preparing for major surgery.
There had been rumors going around that she may be pregnant again, but she quickly put those tall tales to rest as she shared with supporters that she was driving herself to the hospital.
Tiffany looked as if she had been crying due to her nerves but was in high spirits. She wore her dark hair down and still had her nose piercing in.
TLC viewers weren’t given much information to go on after Tiffany cryptically hinted at a body make-over. During her live session, she mentioned that she “can’t really talk about it,” with many questioning what the point was of even bringing it up.
Tiffany Franco’s mom is providing updates
The mother of two did drop some breadcrumbs in the live, saying she “can’t wait for fans to see.” She also mentioned that followers could get updates from her mother, Maggie. Only a few days ago, she posted an update about her daughter.
An update video was shared from her account, @tlae4, which showed Maggie walking through the hospital halls presumably to visit her daughter. Fans were quick to send well wishes and theorize which procedure she had performed.

One follower wrote, “I know she said earlier that if it were possible she will do a bariatric surgery. Is that type of surgery is she doing now? Anyway, i think Tiffany is beautiful, plus size or not. ?”
All Maggie could respond was, “I’m not allowed to say ?” The secretiveness makes sense since Tifanny has signed an NDA with TLC and Sharp Entertainment. The surgery was most likely filmed for the season.
90 Day Fiance lovers are convinced that she also may have had a boob job. Margarita did update fans a bit more via her Instagram story where she tagged her daughter, Tiffany, saying she was on her way to get her.
As for Ronald’s take on the surgery, all he posted was a facepalm emoji. Maybe he is going by the rule if you don’t have anything nice to say, you shouldn’t say anything at all?
