Danny Koker and the Counting Cars crew return to History for Season 7

Danny and the gang return to create more awesome custom cars and bikes on Counting Cars

Tonight sees the launch of Season 7 of Counting Cars. We’ve checked out what Danny “the Count” Koker and the guys are up to in the first two episodes (showing back to back), and it’s pretty cool stuff.

The new series kicks off with Danny’s New Truck, in which Danny challenges Ryan to customize a new Silverado for the gang’s most particular customer — yep, it’s for Danny himself!

Remember Danny’s ’56 truck? Well, he wants the new one to have some of that truck’s character, but he wants something reliable that he can use every day and not worry too much about.

Ryan decides to use some cool new paint technology to give the new truck a unique finish.

Also in this episode, Danny and his friend, Davey, unearth a rare GTO Judge, while Mike takes the plunge on a ’69 Corvette that might not be quite what it seems…

The second episode, Patriotic Chopper, has some two-wheeled action as well as four. The guys take on a project for a military veteran who wants his bike to reflect his love for his family and for America.

Mike and Ryan duke it out to see who can produce the better “Old Glory” and make sure the bike is really special.

To give them some inspiration, Danny and Ryan pay a visit to an awesome collection of American muscle cars.

Elsewhere, Mike and Shannon come across a car that’s so rare, not even they know what it is!

You can take a look at the trailer for the new series in the clip below.

Counting Cars airs Saturdays at 9/8c on History.
