Tonight TLC is airing the first part of the My Big Fat Fabulous Life reunion special, which will see Whitney Way Thore break down in tears as she is reunited with Lennie for the first time since their breakup.
A preview clip of The Skinny — which will air in two parts, one tonight and one next Wednesday — shows Whitney struggling with her emotions after Lennie tells her: “I still love you.”
She asks him: “Are you trying to get back together on national TV?”
Also on tonight’s My Big Fat Fabulous Life: The Skinny Part 1, Whitney and her family and friends come together to confront fat-shaming comedian Kerryn Feehan.
Whitney’s clashes with Kerryn were some of the big moments from the past season, and the reunion sees the comic make her case in front of the group as a whole.
But things don’t go well after she says Whitney struggles to “waddle”. Her BFF Buddy calls her a “f***ing fool”, adding: “Why are we still talking to this broad?”
And Whitney accuses her of disrespecting her parents, before saying “I’m going to go” and storming out of the studio.
Kerryn says she’s just calling out “bulls***”, and adds: “Am I watching a different show? Did I miss something? Am I crazy?”
The reunion also includes never seen before footage from the hit series, and some hilarious moments including when the group are asked what goes on between all the filming, and Whitney chirps in with “lots of sex!”.
Also on tonight’s first part of the My Big Fat Fabulous Life reunion the group look back at moments including the funeral intervention and Whitney’s clash with Catie.
