Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson are tying the knot today. While their registry date was set for December 31 to try and throw fans off, several dedicated fans knew that today was the day.
The Duggars have been radio silent on social media this week, except to announce the courtship of John David Duggar and Abbie Grace Burnett. Aside from that highly-anticipated news, there hasn’t been activity on the main Duggar Instagram account.
A non-family attendee let the cat out of the bag for Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson’s wedding. The guest shared a photo of three little girls all dolled up and ready to head to the big event. Bridget Ryan shared the picture and immediately it is making the social media rounds.

Generally, the Duggar family announces big family news and either People or Us Weekly gets the official story on it. Now, Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson have been outed by someone who clearly didn’t know that social media is the last place to post a picture.
It was pretty clear that the Josiah Duggar wedding was coming soon because the Swansons are spending a lot of time with them. In fact, everyone wanted to know who Duke Swanson was when the photo of Josiah holding him and Gideon was shared on social media.
An official wedding announcement has been made by People now. It is less than an hour old, likely to combat Bridget Ryan’s now-deleted eager post.
