Clint from Love After Lockup got a lot of attention on the Season 2 premiere last week. He had every intention of marrying Tracie the day after she was released from prison. While his parents were reluctant about what was going to happen, his mother was more supportive than his father.
In the preview for Season 2 of Love After Lockup, Clint can be seen throwing a fit and demanding that the mic is taken off of him immediately. While the reason for the blow-up isn’t quite clear, it looks like some major drama is going to go down between him and Tracie.
Who is Clint from Love After Lockup?
Much of what is know about Clint from Love After Lockup came from the season premiere. It was then that viewers were introduced to his first wife, who also happens to be his boss. He actually had a conversation with her about his plans to marry Tracie as he was asking her for some extra time off.
At 37-years-old, Clint has been married twice. He shares a son with his first wife who is 16, and his second wife passed away shortly after they were married. Clint has been dead set on marrying Tracie just a day after her release and heading to Texas to get his girl.
Did Clint from Love After Lockup marry Tracie?
There was a lot of planning going into Clint heading to Texas to get Tracie. They were going to get married one day after her release. Currently, it looks like the two may have tied the knot, but according to Starcasm, there are no marriage licenses on file in either Texas or New Mexico.
Going into this, Clint’s parents were skeptical about what their son was doing, and they worried that Tracie could be playing him. Obviously, he brings her back home after her release, but as far as marriage goes, that is unknown.
What is Clint’s girl locked up for?
Tracie has been in and out of prison for most of her adult life it seems. Clint mentioned that she was locked away for “passing bad checks” and introducing drugs into a correctional facility. While it seems like her crimes are serious, it appears that Clint isn’t too worried about them.
His parents did mention that Clint needs to be careful about allowing Tracie to use him for money. He was given a credit card to take with him to get her, and it was made clear that he couldn’t provide much financially for her by his mother.
With everything that happened leading up to her incarceration, it may be a while before Tracie can provide for herself.
