Our guess — along with many others — is that Tori Spelling is behind the costume.
Her father, Aaron Spelling, passed away in 2006, but he was a famous producer in Hollywood. He worked on wildly successful shows, such as Mod Squad, S.W.A.T., Starsky and Hutch, Charlie’s Angels, T.J. Hooker, Hotel, Dynasty, Melrose Place, Beverly Hills 90210, Summerland, 7th Heaven, and Charmed. His resume is impressive.
Tori Spelling also starred as Donna on Beverly Hills 90210.
However, many argue that Paris Hilton could easily fit into this story as well. She’s also from Beverly Hills and born into a rich family. Back in 2006, Paris released the song, Stars Are Blind, which peaked at #18 on the Billboard charts. But it’s not known whether Hilton had a life-long dream of being a singer.
It’s also reported that Tori has the nickname bird, which is pronounced as “tori” in Japanese.
