The Real Housewives of New York could be returning to Bravo sooner than expected – at least if you ask the fans. The previous season of the show did wrap in September, which follows the pattern of the previous four season.
However, this current season started filming much earlier than previous ones. The ladies were caught filming in mid-September, whereas previous seasons didn’t start filming until late October or early November.
Back in November 2017, the ladies hadn’t confirmed that they had started filming, but Bravo cameras were spotted on the ladies’ social media posts when they were celebrating Bethenny’s birthday in November. Similarly, season 9 of the show was confirmed to have started filming in late October.
But now, fans are convinced that the show must be ready to go for an earlier premiere in the spring, since the ladies were spotted filming earlier in 2018.
Even celebrity writer Naughty Nice Rob revealed back in September that the ladies had already been filming the newest season. Barbara Kavovit is reportedly joining the cast, as she’s friends with Luann de Lesseps.
“They want to film in the warmer months in NY so they can do fashion week, etc and take longer vacations over the winter,” a Bravo fan page has guessed as to why filming began earlier in 2018.
Bravo has yet to comment on anything in regard to Season 11 of The Real Housewives of New York. However, fans should expect the new season to premiere in April, if not earlier.
Over the past four years, the seasons have started airing in April, so it would make sense if Bravo released a trailer in February or March.
Trailers are usually released 4 to 6 weeks prior to the shows returning to Bravo.
Bravo has yet to announce anything in regards to The Real Housewives of New York season 11, but it is expected to premiere in the spring.
