Boy oh boy Miami is the LA of the south and nothing says that more that a spin-off of the Love and Hip Hop series titled Love and Hip Hop Miami! The Mona Scott Young produced show just announced the cast list and the premiere date and we are here to relay that information to you!
The self-proclaimed baddest chick in the world, Trina, is a rap songstress that will be juggling family drama with the preparation of her new album titled Diamond Princess.
Part of that family will include Bobby Lytes, who feels that his cousin isn’t supporting him in his music industry aspirations.
Bobby will also be bringing some relationship drama to the series with trying to hold down his current boyfriend, Jeffrey “JT” Tompkins, when his former flame, Malik Williams, comes looking for another chance at love.
Two uber popular South Florida rappers, Gunplay and Trick Daddy will also be on board.
Gunplay, who was on an episode or two of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, has reportedly settled down in Miami with his new girlfriend Keyara but their world is about to be turned upside down when Gunplay’s ex-girlfriend Miami Tip gets in the middle of their happiness.
Meanwhile, Trick will be trying to give his full attention to his business ventures while dealing with a fresh divorce.
We will be getting a look at some of the people who work behind-the-scenes of some of your favorite musicians.
Mega-hit producer Young Hollywood, promoters Prince and DJ Michelle Pooch, and stylist Jojo Zarur is set to show viewers what it’s really like to be the masterminds of the most important elements of A-listers in the industry.
There will also be fresh faces like Steph Lecor, Veronica Vega, and Amara La Negra trying to get their big break while dealing with their personal lives.
R&B legends Pretty Ricky are plotting their big comeback but much to their dismay, Pleasure P may have most of his focus on his girlfriend Shay (Love and Hip Hop Atlanta alum) and not their epic reunion.
The show is scheduled to premiere in January 2018.
