The Walking Dead spoilers may now include the episode description for what takes place after Rick Grimes’ last episode. AMC has advertised, for a while now, that Season 9 Episode 5 is the final time Andrew Lincoln will be on the show.

In a previously revealed round of spoilers, a recap of the next episode has been revealed. But what happens after Rick leaves?

A new report by MSN points to an episode description for Season 9 episode 6. The episode is called Who Are You Now? It’s clear that there will be a long time jump after Rick’s death.

“Six years after Rick’s disappearance, a group of strangers test Alexandria’s trust and patience.”

So what does it all mean? Well, it falls in line with the spoilers for Episode 5, where Rick Grimes tries to deal with two large herds of walkers. At the end of that episode, it has been leaked that Jadis (Anne) will take Rick away in the helicopter, leaving his story a bit open-ended.

Some television viewers that were setting their DVRs may have already come across that Episode 6 description. That would be difficult for anyone who does now want to know about upcoming spoilers.

Anyone who has looked into The Walking Dead Season 9 spoilers knows that Rick Grimes doesn’t die at the end of the final episode of Andrew Lincoln. Maybe the writers are hoping that Lincoln will return to the show at some point, or maybe it just works better in the upcoming storylines that he isn’t officially dead yet.

Even with all The Walking Dead spoilers that have been leaked online and over social media, fans should still tune in to the November 4 episode to check in on all the other characters. Even without Rick Grimes at the head of the group, the show must go on.

The Walking Dead airs Sunday nights at 9/8c on AMC.
