The Walking Dead spoilers for the next episode show how a lot of characters have been fairing since the death of Rick Grimes. The audience knows that Rick didn’t die, but Michonne is shown mourning him during in the next episode.

The Whisperers have arrived. The moment that comic book fans have been waiting for finally takes place in the new episode of The Walking Dead. A new group, called the Whisperers, is going to provide Season 9 with a lot of havoc. The video below shows the introduction.
Midway through the video, the scene that ends the November 11 episode is shown. Eugene and Rosita are trying to cover themselves in mud as a herd comes walking through. Only this isn’t a typical herd. This is a group of people wearing the skin of walkers.
The future of Daryl, Carol, and Michonne
Continuing with The Walking Dead spoilers from the November 11 episode, the aged characters of Daryl, Carol, and Michonne are showcased. Daryl has been off living by himself since the “death” of Rick Grimes, while Carol has become a sort-of pacifist again, and Michonne is in charge of Alexandria.
Carol has several important scenes in this episode. First, she is depicted as a changed woman, almost going back to when her character first appeared in the show. But after she is robbed by Saviors and chastised for letting it happen, she awakens later in the episode.

Michonne has stopped allowing new people to stay inside Alexandria, which creates some drama after Judith Grimes saves a group of survivors from walkers. When she brings them back, they must go through an interview process to gain entry. They fail but Michonne decides to send them to Hilltop to help out.

There are going to be a lot of subtle revelations in the episode, in addition to the most memorable moments.
This includes the introduction of Magna and her group of survivors, that Father Gabriel and Rosita are now a couple, and that Judith is following closely in the footsteps of her father. It is also revealed that Michonne has a son.
This is one of those episodes where a lot is revealed in order to spur the rest of the season. A lot of sub-text within the episode is going to create the situations the main characters are forced to deal with in the upcoming episodes.
Even with all The Walking Dead spoilers that have leaked online, this is an episode well worth watching live.
