The Obamas, Beyoncé and Jay-Z: Celebrity love stories on ABC’s People Icons

People Icons is a new series from ABC News and People that shines the spot light on iconic people who have appeared on the cover of the popular magazine.

The premiere episode looks at Celebrity Love Stories and revists the enduring love stories of Barack and Michelle Obama, the Estefans, Prince William and Kate Middeton, Beyonce and Jay-Z and iconic stars Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.

The hour-long show is presented by Good Morning America’s Lara Spencer and each week has a different theme featuring people from celebrities to everyday heroes.

Next week the episode is titled Heroes and Survivors and it examines some of the most amazing real life heroes who made their mark on America’s heart,  from the mom who lost her legs saving her kids from a tornado to pets who saved their owners.

Other episodes will include Gone Too Soon and Sexiest Man Alive.
