It’s that time of year again soap fans, time to look back at what was and what could have been in 2018 for The Bold and the Beautiful.

Did the show meet your expectations or fall flat in some areas? Let’s all get in the hot tub time machine (careful now!) and remember the moments that were in 2018.

Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) was shot in the back and no one could figure out who did it because that’s how many enemies he has.

In the end Taylor (Hunter Tylo) ‘fessed up, making her a pariah, go figure. But she seems to be back to stay, and with a hot new romance on the horizon, so there’s that to cheer for.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) came back to haunt Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Bill, but in the end she was welcomed as a designer at Forrester. And, she and hunky Wyatt (Darin Brooks) hooked up.

In break-up news Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya (Karla Mosley) are kaput. According to Maya who came back with some downer holiday news for Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).

The British invasion came in the form of Zoe (Kiara Barnes), Xander (Adain Bradley) and Reese (Wayne Brady). What will become of this triangle remains to be seen as Bradley is taking time off to jump start a career outside of daytime and Reese is in deep doo with the bad guys.

Ingo Rademacher announced his departure as Thorne Forrester and it looks like fertile Liam (Scott Clifton) will become a dad twice over with frenemies Hope (Annika Noelle) and Steffy. Way to keep it in the family y’all!

Bill bribed a judge and now Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) has that collateral to blackmail him with.

Charlie (Dick Christie) and Pam (Alley Mills) almost made it to the alter, let’s hope they get a lavish wedding to look forward to in 2019!

The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays during the day on CBS.
