General Hospital spoilers for the Wednesday, October 31, 2018 episode of ABC’s sudser promise that Halloween is full of thrills and chills for the residents of Port Charles. But who gets tricked and who gets treated? Let dish the soapy dirt and find out!

Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) is definitely a trick in disguise, but how long will it take before everyone realizes his elaborate ruse and unmask the master faker? Until then, his one pawn best watch her back because the serial killer has his eyes and heart set on her!

Ava (Maura West) has been a bad mother lately, but does that mean she deserves to fall victim to Ryan and his deadly charms? On Wednesday, fans are about to find out!

Elsewhere, Laura (Genie Francis) finds out what friends are for. That lovely couple Mac (John J. York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) set about to help their friend in her time of need. Not only is she fretting about Kevin, but she’s also on a mission to uncover the sordid truth about Ferncliff. Friends in high places always help one’s cause!

Is JaSam back on? Show spoilers tease that on Halloween Stone Cold (Steve Burton) receives a treat. Is it a sweet surprise from Sam (Kelly Monaco)? Really, when are these two getting back together already?!

Speaking of couples on the verge, Nina (Michelle Stafford) agrees to meet up with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) for dinner. At the moment, he’s not keeping any ghastly secrets from her (that we know about). So does this thawing of the ice between them mean that a wedding is in the works?
