General Hospital spoilers for next week’s episodes of ABC’s soap reveal that some shocking changes are in store for several Port Charles residents, while a certain P.I. is called upon to lend a helping hand. Yep, Curtis (Donnell Turner) is still a newlywed, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t up to his ears in mischief and mayhem!

But first there are a couple of programming changes to note. Due to holiday scheduling, GH will air an encore episode from way back in the day that is sure to tickle and delight hardcore fans of the daytime drama. On Monday December 31, 2018 the sudser will air an episode that originally aired December 31, 1997. Do you remember what you were doing that year? Then, on Tuesday January 1, 2019, the soap will not air due to sports scheduling.

But the rest of the week more than makes up for all the missed drama and action, as all of your faves ring in the New Year with a boatload of suspense and surprise we bet you didn’t see coming.

Who knew that Drew (Billy Miller) would actually tell Kim (Tamara Braun) to spend more time with Julian (William deVry)? Does he have a hidden motive for telling her to hang with the despised mobster?

Elsewhere a few lovely ladies turn over new leaves. Lulu (Emme Rylan) pays a surprise visit and her host is left a bit astonished.  What in the world does she have to say that leaves Ava (Maura West) speechless? Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) also begins to see things from a different perspective.

Poor Mike (Max Gail). Just when he thought he was on the road to happiness, his new girls’ husband had to go and show up. Leave it to Sonny (Maurice Benard) to rock the boat!

Look out Laura (Genie Francis), Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) has you in his sights, and it’s not a pretty picture, my lovely!

General Hospital airs weekdays during the day on ABC.
