Days of our Lives dropped several bombshells in the supersized teaser for the hit Peacock soap.
One of those shockers is that Blake Berris is returning to Days in a brand-new role.
Blake is known for playing the evil and vindictive Nick Fallon, a role he reprised last winter.
This time around, Blake brings the character of Everett to Salem.
Everett has strong ties to Jada (Elia Cantu), his ex-wife, and Stephanie (Abigail Klein), his ex-girlfriend.

Taking to Instagram, Blake shared the promo video with a caption that revealed his excitement over bringing the character created by Ron Carlivati to the small screen.
“Everett is a huge departure from Nick Fallon and a total dream come true to play as an actor. This story is a wild ride so buckle your seatbelts. I would freak my wife out while she was driving bc I was so shocked reading scripts,” Blake wrote.
The actor gave a big shout-out to Days fans as he prepares for this new journey and challenge.
“Thank you to all the fans for giving me such an incredibly warm welcome back to the world of daytime. You are the life blood of Days of our Lives and I love you all,” he stated.
Blake ended his IG post by giving a special thanks to his costars, Abigail, Elia, Billy Flynn (Chad), Galen Gering (Rafe), Greg Rikaart (Leo), Susan Seaforth Hayes (Julie), and Deidre Hall (Marlena) as well as to the writers for showing sensitivity to this upcoming storyline.

When does Blake Berris premiere as Everett on Days?
Although the soap hasn’t announced a premiere date, Days of our Lives spoilers teased that Stephanie gets an unexpected visitor on Friday, October 27. Based on how Everett is introduced in the promo video, it’s a safe bet that’s when Blake makes his big return to Salem.
The timing would be perfect, too, because November sweeps kick off next week. This is just the kind of story that will have Days fans glued to their TV screens all month long.
