Teresa Giudice has finally found her tribe in her new family-in-law.
In August, the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG married her new husband, Luis Ruelas, but she gushed about his family way before.
They seem to be very close. One of her sisters-in-law, Dr. Veronica Ruelas, even officiated her and Luis’ wedding.
Teresa recently took the time to let her sister and mother-in-law know how much she appreciates them.
She always said that she grew up without a sister and wanted to be close to her sisters-in-law.
It looks like her wish was finally granted, and she is thankful!

The reality star took to social media and posted a picture of herself, Luis’ mother, and sister. She wrote, “I really do have the best in-laws, thankful for you every day.”
The three women were all smiles in the picture. Teresa’s mother-in-law hugged her from behind while holding both her hands. And her sister-in-law, Jennifer Ruelas, had an affectionate hand on her leg.
This is a stark difference from her relationship with her brother’s wife, Melissa Gorga.

Teresa and Melissa had a strenuous relationship for years.
The OG said for years that she felt betrayed when Melissa and her brother, Joe Gorga, joined the show without telling her they would. She said she felt blindsided.
Melissa said numerous times that Teresa knew they would join the show in its third season.
Recently, an RHONJ former producer, Carlos King, set the record straight. He confirmed that Teresa was absolutely blind-sided when her sister-in-law joined the show. He revealed that the OG didn’t get a heads-up.
When Carlos spoke out, Luis thanked him for finally telling the truth, as he was tired of seeing his wife lied about.
Another thing that weighed on Joe and Teresa’s relationship was the care of their parents. Teresa pointed out that she took care of her parents with little help from Joe.
Her father came to live with her after their mother passed, and he stayed with Teresa until his death.
However, a couple of years ago, Melissa and Teresa decided to have a truce and not let things get to an ugly place. It didn’t last long.

They had another falling out this summer, and her brother and Melissa didn’t come to her wedding.
Teresa said she was done this time and was too hurt to consider mending things.
She said at BravoCon, “My brother and Melissa said they wanted the toxic to be taken away. They got what they wanted. So, I wish them well.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is on hiatus.
