A teaser clip at the end of the latest episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation revealed that the cast is headed to The Poconos for their first-ever winter vacation as a group.
However, are they worried that Angelina will come in “hot” after meeting with former castmate Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and on the heels of the drama surrounding her marriage to Chris Larangeira?
This teaser was shown in the last seconds of the drama-filled third episode of the second half of Season 4, where Angelina was the center of attention. It was revealed that she was caught on camera at a male friend’s home several times and the person with the video threatened to blackmail her with the clip.
Angelina’s problems continued after briefly meeting with Nicole at Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s sober-versity car parade for the first time in over a year.
The women had not spoken since Nicole, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, and Deena Cortese made a toast to Angelina and Chris at their wedding that did not go over well with the couple and their guests.
While she kept her distance, Angelina’s stress at speaking with Nicole was evident in her face.
The trip will reunite the TV show family
In the video seen above, Deena was on the phone when she told Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio that the group would be headed for a winter vacation in the Poconos.
Pauly was surprised that the cast would embark on a winter vacation for the first time in their 11-year history of filming.
“We’re going to the Poconos? In the winter?” he asked in an interview clip.
Immediately following, Nicole and Angelina were seen clinking glasses in a toast to putting the past behind them in a video.
She sent the video to Jenni, who showed it to a shocked Mike.
In a final clip, Mike said, “Now Angelina’s going to come in hot thinking we’re going to attack.” This resulted in concerned looks from both Vinny and Pauly in response to his statement.
The Jersey Shore family appears to be on the mend
The stars of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation appeared to be on the mend this season, after strife threatened to end their long-running friendships. The first half of Season 4 focused on the reconciliation of Angelina, Jenni and Deena after the wedding debacle caused almost one year of bad feelings between them.
Their communication was in such poor shape that Ronnie Ortiz-Magro asked Dr. Drew to come in to mediate the situation as the season came to a close.
