On the preview for the next episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, Snooki gets sick. She tells her roommates that she doesn’t feel good and then suggests that she might be pregnant.
Now, Jersey Shore fans want to know before the episode airs if Snooki is actually pregnant or if she’s just had a few too many drinks. After all, there’s been a lot of drinking going on since the MTV stars arrived at the mansion in Manalapan, New Jersey.

Snooki already has two kids, Lorenzo, 6, and Giovanna, 4. It’s no secret that she wants more kids with her husband Jionni LaValle.
Back in October, Snooki told Us Weekly that she’s been trying to get pregnant for two months already. That means that she would have been in “try” mode around the time of filming. Does that mean Snooki could actually be pregnant?
“We’ve actually been trying for two months now and it’s not happening,” Snooki said. While only two months into her journey to conceive a third child at that time, Snooki attributed their lack of success on stress and vowed to just relax and let nature take its course.
Whether she is currently pregnant or not remains to be seen. Stay tuned!
