Catelynn Lowell reveals she is pregnant again on this week’s episode of Teen Mom OG, amid reports that she has since had a miscarriage.

The reality star reveals the news to husband Tyler Baltierra after taking a pregnancy test in a restaurant bathroom.

The pair are already parents to daughters Novalee, 2, and Carly, 8, who they placed for adoption with Brandon and Teresa Davis.

Catelynn had her IUD removed on a recent episode without telling Tyler, who has previously said that if they had another baby he wanted it to be a surprise.

He is absolutely stunned when Catelynn reveals the news on this week’s Teen Mom OG. She breaks the news by getting Novalee to walk in the room wearing a pink t-shirt that says: “I’m going to be a BIG SISTER.”

Tyler says: “No, she’s not,” but Catelynn confirms: “Yes, she is!” before showing him the pregnancy test. He collapses with his head on the table, saying: “Oh my God” as Catelynn laughs and walks over to sit on his knee.

His facial expression, as shown above, shows he is totally taken aback.

Catelynn finds out she is pregnant after deciding to take a pregnancy test in a restaurant bathroom. She didn’t want to do it at home in case Tyler found it.

However, it has since been reported that Catelynn — who has previously had postpartum depression and has had recent stints in rehab — suffered a miscarriage.

A source told The Ashley: “It’s actually really sad. Catelynn got pregnant and surprised Tyler and Nova and then had a miscarriage not long after. That happened right before she went to treatment [in November] when she tweeted about thinking about killing herself.

“The crew and production staff heard she was about six weeks pregnant when it happened but no one is 100 percent sure.”

Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9/8c on MTV.
