Harvard educated? T-Pain’s not impressed. The award-winning rapper has snagged a clever new reality series for Fuse where he deep dives into unusual startups. counseling and listening to the origins of each company as he proffers his real-world business advice.

Think Shark Tank meets F*** That’s Delicious with a huge heart.

He says in the teaser, “I’m T-Pain. I’m a multi-platinum recording artist but I’m also a businessman and doesn’t take a Harvard MBA to become a successful entrepreneur. All you need is a real-world education and professor T-Pain to show you how things are done.”

Indeed, as T-Pain’s School of Business plays on his larger than life personality and charisma as this hip-hop artist, comedic personality and business mogul has major entrepreneurial passion.

So much so that a show was born and highlights his finds as he traverses the lesser-known businesses that defy standard plans and products.

T-Pain offers up good advice, “First things first, when you start in the business [world] get yourself a good lawyer. Now I’m bringing you with me on my search for the dopest entrepreneurs in the country.”

He shows us companies dealing in maggot meals and insect cuisine, marijuana-infused wines, and spirits, far-out sex toys, synthesized DNA, sports companies on the edge of tech, robot companies and more.

As he gets a feel for each business and its founders, he allows us to hear directly from the entrepreneurs, who reveal their secrets and how they got started and what it took to turn their ideas into reality.

Viewers ride along with T-Pain as we all learn the nuts and bolts of each unusual business while at the same time, trying out new products and asking all of the startup questions everyone wants to know. It’s edutainment at its dopest.

No slouch in the entrepreneurial department, T-Pain has sold over 4.5 million albums and 20 million singles worldwide and has over 3 billion total digital streams. You could say he was born to show us how it’s done.

T-Pain adds, “I’m gonna roll up my sleeves and find out how these businesses work…so I can uncover the secrets to their success…in life, you got to do what you love.”
