Justin Reese is one of the cast members from Southern Charm: New Orleans, Bravo’s latest installment in the Southern Charm franchise.
With Charleston being such a hit and Savannah doing alright after its first season, the network decided to explore New Orleans. And it sounds like the show has been doing doing great in its first season, as the drama is high and the relationships are complex.
Justin isn’t a married man, but has been featuring on the series with girlfriend Kelsey.
While filming Southern Charm: New Orleans, Justin Reese got pressured by his co-stars to propose to Kelsey even though the two had only been together for one year.
But there’s plenty to this couple that isn’t shown on television. For example, Justin works as a personal injury lawyer and a sports agent — and, according to Bravo, calls himself a mamma’s boy.
It also looks like he and Kelsey are still very much together.
Justin Reese is the son of a prestigious judge and civic activist Dottie Reese. His Bravo bio reveals he’s been actively working recently on rebuilding his childhood home after it was severely impacted by Hurricane Katrina. Parts of the city are still recovering from the hurricane.
As for Kelsey, she’s working as a registered nurse. She’s not a full-time cast member on the show, but she is considered a cast member in a sense that she does film the show with Justin. It’s uncertain whether she gets paid by Bravo for filming her life. However, it seems like the producers are only following her when it has something to do with Justin.
What do you think about Justin Reese and Kelsey together as a couple? Do you agree that he should propose or do you think it’s great that he’s taking his time and that they are getting to know each other first?
