MasterChef Junior contestant Justise Mayberry gets to do what many a Kitchen Nightmares chef would have liked to have done — as she splats a pie into Gordon Ramsay’s face.

This week’s episode of the hit Fox show sees the top 12 contestants split into four teams of three and challenged to make as many pies as they can in 10 minutes.

And what better to do with them once they’re made than to splurge them into celebrity chef Ramsay’s face?

This week’s MasterChef Junior also sees Richard Blais feature as the guest judge alongside Ramsay and Christina Tosi.

And after the pie-off things heat up as the young contenders have to use blowtorches to create either an appetizer, entrée or dessert with something from the MasterChef pantry.

Blais is best known for taking part in Top Chef, which he won in Season 8, the All-Stars edition, as well as for hosting Hungry Games on the Food Network.

Other shows he’s taken part in include Guy’s Grocery Games and Cutthroat Kitchen, and he was a guest judge on the MasterChef in last year’s Season 7.

He owns three restaurants: FLIP Burger Boutique, which has branches in Atlanta, Georgia, Birmingham, Alabama, and Nashville, Tennessee; Juniper & Ivy in San Diego; and The Crack Shack, also in San Diego.

He has also written several books, including his latest So Good which is released on May 16.

MasterChef Junior airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Fox.
