On this week’s Shark Tank, we hear from Meagan Bowman, an entrepreneur from Utah whose business, Eco Flower, provides an alternative to the traditional bouquet of flowers.

Meagan argues that women are getting tired of getting a “vaseful of plant carcasses”.

As a result, Eco Flower’s bouquets are eco-friendly fake flowers, made from recycled materials like bottles, book pages and bamboo — that last forever!

The quirky names of the bouquets help them stand out — like Cowgirl Up and Great Gatsby. There’s even one called Netflix and Chill ;-)

You can check out some great pictures of their creations on Eco Flower’s Instagram.

Meagan comes up against some hesitation from the Sharks on Shark Tank when she tells them she has had to sell 75 per cent of her business to keep it alive.

But her beautiful creations are likely to mean the business is a success for a long time to come.

A number of different bouquets are available on the Eco Flower website, with prices ranging from $34.99 to $59.99. Ahead of the show they also put on a Shark Tank preview sale, with 25% off using the code SHARKTANK.

They currently have free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Shark Tank airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC.
