The BET Hip Hop Awards 2018 has arrived and the event boasts quite a few talented performers to entertain throughout the night. The show is pre-taped but that doesn’t mean it won’t be fun, especially since the list of performers is extensive and a whole lot of fun.
Cardi B, T.I., Yo Gotti, Ball Greezy, Pardison Fontaine, Flipp Dinero, Lil Duval, Lil Pump, A$AP Rocky, Lil Baby, YG, Gucci Mane and Gunna are all slated to perform at the BET Hip Hop Awards. What makes it even better, is that many of the performers are nominees as well.
Cardi B holds the top spot for nominations, as she has been nominated for 10 different awards. Those include Best Hip Hop Video for I Like It; Best Collaboration, Duo or Group for I Like It; Single of the Year for I Like It; Album of the Year for Invasion of Privacy and Hustler of the Year too.
Last year at the BET Hip Hop Awards, Cardi B took home five awards. Let’s see if she can beat that record this year.
According to Hot New Hip Hop, Lil Pump will be opening the show tonight with a variety of hits including ESKEETIT and Gucci Gang.
With the release of Tha Carter V after all the years of waiting, Lil Wayne will be on hand at the BET Hip Hop Awards to accept I Am Hip Hop Icon Award for all of his contributions to hip hop over the course of his career.
