Jennifer refuses to leave, saying: “There are many endings. Today is one of them.”

The first episode of 12 Monkeys’ three-part finale airs tonight — with Cole having to battle the people he loves the most as he attempts to save the final Primary.

The temporal storm is ready to unleash its destruction — with a sneak peak clip from tonight’s episode showing how it threatens to leave everyone dead. But Jennifer is refusing to leave with her daughters. Is it because of Cole?

As she places a 12 Monkeys sketch in the fire, she says: “Today is the day, when the end’s at the beginning, and begins at the end.”

After being told they will all die, she adds: “There are many endings. Today is one of them.”

Watch the preview for tonight’s episode, Resurrection, below.

In other 12 Monkeys news, a preview of the season finale is set to be screened in LA on Wednesday — and you can be there along with the stars to watch it.

The event will be held at The Paley Center for Media with stars including Aaron Stanford (Cole), and Amanda Schull (Dr. Cassandra Railly) set to attend and take part in a Q&A with fans.

Emily Hampshire (Jennifer Goines), Kirk Acevedo (Ramse) and Todd Stashwick (Deacon), will also be there, along with the show’s co-creator Terry Matalas. Head over to the center’s website for tickets.

12 Monkeys airs tonight at 9/8c on Syfy.
