So, it looks like he just grabbed a random balloon in his haste to get to Veronica and it was one for a new mom who had a baby. Of course, he was definitely looking for a “Get Well Soon” version.
As it turns out, Veronica is not pregnant on Riverdale at the moment. It was a silly mistake that paid homage to the fact that Reggie means well but doesn’t always pay attention to what he is doing or saying.
