Teddi Mellencamp from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will make an appearance on tonight’s episode of Flipping Out, as she’s putting Jeff Lewis through her accountability program.

When she discussed her accountability program on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she often focused on it as a weight loss program for clients, who simply wanted some extra support.

However, it doesn’t sound like he needs to lose weight. The preview simply reveals that Teddi tells him he can’t drink alcohol for the first two weeks.

It sounds like Mellencamp offers accountability for all kinds of situations, not just weight loss. On her business website, she defines accountability has an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility for one’s actions.

As Teddi has previously explained on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she needed accountability to get in shape. She lost a lot of weight and was inspired to launch her accountability coaching program after her own weight loss.

Mellencamp explains that when people don’t feel their best, they don’t perform at their best. And this is where it often goes wrong for people who are determined to lose weight or reach a goal.

To get started on the program, Teddi asks that people fill out a form on her website so she can learn about the current situation. Teddi can help women in both the United States and Canada.

On her website, she has a list of 27 people who work with her to keep clients accountable. She explains that her team reaches out to people via text messages, making it easier to help people outside of California, where she’s located.

A huge part of a healthy lifestyle has to do with the food people put in their mouths. Teddi’s accountability program includes an easy-to-prepare meal plan with ingredients you can get at the grocery store.

It’s required that those taking Mellencamp’s training follow the food plan and they are not allowed to drink alcohol during the two first weeks – exactly what Jeff Lewis is told on tonight’s episode.

Mellencamp charges $525 USD for their 2-week jump-start program. After the first two weeks, the monthly commitment is $275 a month. She explains that most clients complete the first two weeks and then add another month or two to ensure they can fly solo and still reach their goals.

Because her accountability program is primarily focused on weight loss, she does explain that participants need to stay active. Participants need to do 60 minutes of activity each day, 7 days a week.

This can be anything from running to hot yoga or could be a walk with children in the stroller. The only requirement is to push a little more each day.

Flipping Out airs Tuesdays at 10/9c on Bravo.
