When Gucci Mane was released from prison in 2016, he stunned fans with his new look. He was much leaner than before but he wasn’t done yet and now, the Alabama native is looking even more cut as he shows off his new physique alongside his wife, Keyshia Ka’Oir.

Gucci has been open about his weight loss, admitting that his trip to prison helped him get on the right path as he stopped taking drugs and started working out. But when he was released less than three years ago, he continued his healthy lifestyle.

The rapper lost 50 pounds while behind bars, something he attributes to working out, eating a no-carb diet and abstaining from alcohol. Even after his release, Gucci Mane shocked fans as he ate kale on Snapchat and refused dessert on a regular basis.

In a 2017 interview with Revolt, Gucci Mane talked about his new body and how he was able to achieve success. He revealed then that he began eating a no-carb diet and that he increased his exercise.

“The day that I got arrested and stopped doing drugs, eventually it started to dawn on me that [I] had to start taking better care of myself before I [wind] up back in the same situation,” Gucci told Revolt.

“Getting all those substances out my body made me able to realize that listen, you got to work out, you got to eat better.”

With Keyshia helping to motivate him, Gucci Mane managed to not slip back into bad habits and he’s kept the weight off ever since.

Now, the Atlanta rapper is challenging his fans to use him as motivation and get in shape themselves. He recently posted a before and after photo of his own transformation for others to use as inspiration.

Gucci Mane looks like a whole new person now. He went from flabby to flat and it looks like his lifestyle changes have become habit because, since his release from prison, he hasn’t seemed to backslide or gain anything back at all.
