Rapper French Montana was hospitalized on Thursday afternoon due to health issues, including an elevated heart rate.
The Moroccan-American rapper was rushed to the hospital after L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies called to his home in Calabasas to investigate a robbery determined he needed urgent medical help.
According to TMZ, sources revealed the rapper was suffering from stomach pains, nausea, and an elevated heart rate.
The officers called an ambulance, and the hip-hop star went to a hospital in San Fernando Valley, where he received medical attention. He was recovering and was expected to be released soon.
Sources told TMZ that the rapper has been traveling a lot recently in the Middle East and Europe, and his symptoms might have been due to contaminated food.
