Biel is cast as Sammy Joyce, a receptionist who is shy, and accidentally has a nail shot into her head by a clumsy workman, causing "wild sexual urges."
Joyce, like many in the U.S., has no health insurance and heads to Washington DC on a bid for the rights of the "bizarrely injured."
There, Biel's character meets Jake Gyllenhaal's political character, described as an "immoral" sort who takes advantage of her ramped up libido and rides on her political coattails.
