Kail Lowry of Teen Mom 2 told her followers that although she has a home currently under construction, she’s already planning another home build.
The MTV veteran revealed that she’s unhappy with the construction on her current build, and said it won’t be her “forever home.”
Earlier this year, Kail shared with her followers that she was building a new house after selling her home in Middletown, Delaware.
Kail’s Middletown house held a lot of bittersweet memories for her — she gave birth to her fourth son, Creed, in the home — but she also hinted at domestic violence between herself and her baby daddy, Chris Lopez, while she lived in the home.
Kail revealed her current home build won’t be her ‘forever home’
Kail took to her Instagram stories to answer some fan questions and revealed that her current home build is not what she had hoped.
“Will this new build be [your] forever home?” one of Kail’s followers asked her.
Kail replied, “I thought so until the build started. Now I believe I will build another one that will be 100000% what I want[.]”
Kail’s experience with her home build wasn’t what she expected
Last month, Kail opened up about her stressful experience building a new home on her podcast, Coffee Convos, with co-host, Lindsie Chrisley.
Kail told Lindsie, “I went to the land yesterday to check on my build and I was so frickin [sic] excited to see the cinderblocks going up,” she explained.
“I’m like wow, this feels really small. Something is not right about this. And I panic, and I go home, and I start measuring rooms,” Kail added.
Kail revealed that the sizes she chose for her bedrooms were too small, she had to pay extra money to correct the issue, and said she “panicked” and texted the builder and came up with a new plan.
“We can’t do a whole lot but reconfigure the downstairs so now we have to take a six week pause,” Kail revealed.
Teen Mom 2 fans reacted to Kail planning another home build
Fans of the show caught wind that Kail was already planning another home build and spoke out.
“She will never be satisfied,” said one Teen Mom 2 fan.
One fan of the show thought Kail needs to be patient and stop trying to find happiness by building homes.
“Right? “Just after building started” so there were like barely four beams standing up in a square and Kail already knows she hates it. Girl get some therapy and stop trying to build a house into happiness,” the fan commented.
Last month Kail said she was ‘excited’ for her current home build
Kail, who recently showed off her fuller figure amid her PCOS weight struggles, shares her home with her four sons, Isaac, Lincoln, Lux, and Creed.
Last month, Kail took her four boys to the home site to see the progression of construction and told her fans, “I was so excited to take all the kids to our new property yesterday. I know they’re young & can’t fully understand what it means for me to be able to do this.”
She added, “But I was blown away by their excitement & pleasantly surprised by the appreciation they had for the progress being made. I am so so so excited for this journey.”
