The Big Brother 21 recap for Episode 2 includes a lot of spoilers about the current season. Some of that information leaked online, but CBS had confirmed none of it until Wednesday night.
This BB21 recap will be updated as the June 26 episode takes place. Fans can refresh the page and follow along, as a lot of information is going to be revealed during the second night of the season premiere.
By the end of the night, CBS viewers will know who was banished from the house, who became the first Head of Household this summer, and possibly who has already been eliminated from the game.
Season premiere recap
In the first episode, the 16 new houseguests were introduced to viewers. There are a lot of interesting people making up the BB21 cast, possibly hinting that the summer could be a great season.

One of the most important moments from the season premiere was when the cast elected a Camp Director. Jackson Michie will banish four people from the game and knows that one of them will never return.
During Big Brother 21, Episode 2, viewers will find out who Jackson sent home from the game. The episode will also reveal who won the first HOH of the summer and gets to nominate people for eviction.

The second episode began with many houseguests trying to convince Jackson that they should not be banished from the game. Some people, like Kemi Faknule, decided she shouldn’t have to do that.
Jackson then went to David Alexander to try to convince him to be a pawn and volunteer for banishment. Jackson’s argument was that he believed David was a strong player who would easily battle his way back. David wasn’t pleased.

Who got banished from Big Brother?
Jackson banished Cliff Hogg III, Kemi, Jessica Milagros, and David. All four were taken out of the house. In order to return to the game, they had to take part in a blackout competition. The first three to find their way back to Camp Big Brother would be back in the game.

Who got eliminated from BB21 cast?
Cliff, Kemi, Jessica, and David were all shown competing in a competition that took place in the dark.
Cliff was the first one to find his way back, which was through a secret door that exited into the dining room. Kemi finished second and then it was time for a commercial break.
When Jessica emerged from the woods, it meant that David Alexander was eliminated from Big Brother 21. When Julie Chen said he was eliminated “for now,” it seemed to indicate a Battle Back could come later.
A new power alliance?
Jack Matthews, Jackson, Isabella Wang, Holly Allen, Christie Murphy, and Nick Maccarone formed a six-person alliance that appears pretty strong on paper. It might just rival what Level Six did during summer 2018.

Head of Household Competition
An Endurance Challenge would decide the first HOH of the summer. Jackson didn’t participate, as he was safe as the Camp Director. Jackson then had to pick the duos who would be competing.
The final four were Tommy Bracco, Christie, Holly, and Analyse Talavera. When Analyse and Holly fell, it left just Christie and Tommy, who know each other outside of the game.
Christie Murphy became the first Big Brother 21 Head of Household. She has to nominate two people for eviction and her choices will be revealed during the next episode of the show.
