The Walking Dead has a return date and an exciting trailer for Season 10b. When the show finally returns this winter, there is going to be a lot of drama and some characters preparing to say goodbye.

Even though the first half of Season 10 just came to an end, fans are very intrigued about what is going to happen in the episodes this winter and spring.

With a war against the Whisperers brewing, surprises are coming to AMC viewers. That might even include some differences between the comic books and the television show.

In particular, Carol’s story will be much different. It’s possible that Alpha could die in a different fashion as well. But we will have to tune in to find out.

The Walking Dead return date: Season 10b premiere

The next new episode of The Walking Dead will air on Sunday, February 23. There is a lot of waiting in store for fans of the show, as it had previously seemed like the show would be back a bit earlier in February.

A long trailer for the show was also released by AMC in order to spark additional interest in viewers. It did the job and the full version is shared below.

The Whisperer War was hinted at, the return of Alpha, Beta, and Negan was shown, and we even get to see the survivors putting their new battle skills to test. Those practice sessions on the beach might come in handy very soon.

We have a quick recap of some key points from the fall finale, where Dante is murdered, Oceanside sees some drama, and a group of heroes heads out to try to find Alpha’s horde. All of those storylines will continue when the second half of Season 10 debuts in the winter.

For fans of the world of The Walking Dead, the new spin-off has also received a lot of new publicity. We already have a big breakdown of people who will appear on the World Beyond cast for TWD3.

The Walking Dead airs Sunday nights at 9/8c on AMC.
