50 Cent says, when it comes to Megan Thee Stallion’s comments about her situation with Canadian rapper Tory Lanez, he isn’t buying her claims.

He recently reacted to Megan Thee Stallion’s interview in which she spoke about the Tory Lanez shooting incident that left her with gunshot wounds.

During that interview, a teary-eyed Megan described the incident, revealed she’d initially lied to police, and claimed she wasn’t ever intimate with Tory. Once the interview aired, 50 Cent gave his thoughts about why he doesn’t think her relationship claim is true.

In July 2020, rapper Megan Thee Stallion was shot in the foot following a Hollywood party, and alleged Tory Lanez, whom she and two others were with in a car, was the one who shot her. Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, has continued to say he didn’t shoot Megan.

He received two felony charges for the incident, including assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm.

Monday, CBS presented Gayle King’s sit-down interview with Megan Thee Stallion, who commented on the controversial July 2020 shooting incident involving Tory Lanez.

While speaking with King about the shooting, Megan was asked if she had an “intimate relationship” with Tory Lanez.

“Like sexual? I didn’t have a sexual relationship with Tory,” she told King after pausing briefly.

50 Cent took to his Instagram page on Tuesday, where he shared a clip of that part of the interview with his reaction.

“?Now that I don’t believe, she had to think about her answer. SMH all this s**t is crazy.#bransoncognac#lecheminduroi,” 50 Cent wrote in a caption.

During Megan’s comments about the shooting, she also revealed that she lied to police about the incident, saying she stepped on glass rather than telling them she had been shot.

Megan said she did that to protect the safety of others in the car since it was around the time of the George Floyd Murder, and “police were very much shoot first, ask questions after.”

“I was just trying to protect all of us because I didn’t want them to kill us. Like, even though this person just did this to me, my first reaction still was to try to save us. Like, I didn’t want to see anybody die. So I just said, ‘I stepped on glass,'” Megan told Gayle King.

Megan blasted critics online following her interview

Megan Thee Stallion has yet to react to 50 Cent’s comments claiming he doesn’t believe her about not having an intimate relationship with Tory Lanez. However, she responded to people who were critical of her interview with Gayle King.

According to HipHop DX, Megan fired off a tweet, which she later deleted.

“So A man can shoot me, chop up horse legs in music videos to taunt me, pay blogs to spread false information from what’s happening in court, record studio albums and make diss tracks … but when I talk to gayle king that’s the last straw?” she wrote in the since-deleted tweet.

Earlier this month, a judge found Tory Lanez in violation of a protective order due to some of the comments he made online regarding his case. That also brought an increased bail of $350,000 for the rapper, up from $250,000.

According to Complex, he reportedly posted his bail and was being released. As of this report, a trial date for Tory Lanez is set for September.
