Days of our Lives spoilers have revealed Nadia Bjorlin is back on contract as Chloe Lane. The news is exciting for fans who are still reeling from several casting shockers at the NBC daytime drama.
Last year, viewers were crushed when Nadia was let go from the show. Her firing, of course, led to Chloe exiting Salem, something fans were not happy about at all. The actress assured fans that her leaving Days did not feel like a permanent decision. Nadia insisted she and Chloe would be back at some point, and it looks like she was true to her word.
Nadia back on contract
According to Soaps.com, Nadia has been talking with Days to bring Chole back since January. All of the details have been ironed out, and she signed a new contract.
It is music to fans’ ears to have Nadia and Chloe returning to the NBC show. The past few months there has been a slew of behind the scenes drama on Days. Before the soap opera’s holiday hiatus, which was longer than usual, the entire cast was let out of their contracts.
Once NBC officially renewed the show, new contracts were issued, but not all cast members got new deals. Freddie Smith, Chandler Massey, Casey Moss, and Galen Gering have all announced they are done working at the daytime drama.
As hard as it is for fans to say goodbye to their favorite actor or actress, it is always a joy to welcome them back into the fold. Nadia returning as Chloe is the exciting news fans needed to hear.
When will Chloe return to Salem?
There is no official premiere date for Chloe’s return to Salem. Soap Central is reporting that Nadia is set to begin filming again this week. If their source is correct, then Chloe will back on the canvas sometime in the fall. The NBC show is also keeping Chloe’s storyline under wraps.
Chloe hasn’t been completely MIA from the soap opera. She appeared on the digital series Last Blast Reunion alongside Mimi (Teressa Liane), Belle (Martha Madison), Shawn (Brandon Beemer), and Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson). The group was reunited with some of their friends and foes from high school in a twisted series that was only on the NBC and DOOL app.
Whatever brings Chloe Lane back to Salem is fine with fans, who are thrilled to have Nadia Bjorlin back on Days of our Lives. The actress thinks of the NBC soap opera as home. Viewers are beyond excited to have her home again.
