The Bachelorette star Clare Crawley was spotted in Florida with Dale Moss in February, confusing many Bachelorette fans.
Back in January, Dale revealed that the couple had split up. At the time, he shared it was the healthiest decision for both of them.
Clare didn’t say much about their breakup but revealed that she was anxious, sad, and heartbroken in her few statements. So, when the two were holding hands and kissing Florida last month, fans were left scratching their heads.

As it turns out, the two of them are not getting back together.
A source spoke to E! News about the couple, revealing that they have decided not to pursue a relationship despite kissing and holding hands in Florida.
“At this point in time, Clare and Dale aren’t getting back together,” the source revealed. “They want to be friends and do want to see each other but don’t think they have a long-term future together. Clare is trying to move on but she is still in contact with Dale.”
From the outside, it appeared that Dale was the one who pulled the trigger in breaking up with Clare. Neither of them has confirmed this theory, but he was quick to post the breakup statement.
He later explained that he had regrets about how everything had played out.
“Dale had regret over everything that happened between him and Clare and has been reaching out to her recently. She finally caved and decided to answer his calls and talk it out with him.”
The source also pointed out that Clare wanted to see Dale in person to see what he wanted to say. Even though it was clear that they were together in Florida, they haven’t discussed their relationship in public.

Some people believe that Dale may have used Clare on The Bachelorette. Clare was very vocal that she wanted to find a husband and have children sooner rather than later before filming The Bachelorette.
Fans believed that Dale was on the show to find fame, as he appeared shocked when he learned that Clare was shutting down production to be with him.
Chris gave him the option to propose, and he followed through. Rachel Lindsay believed that Dale had used Clare. She wasn’t happy when she learned they were in Florida together.
She also revealed that she had just talked to Clare, and she wasn’t getting the impression that Clare was ready to see Dale in person.
After his reunion with Clare, Dale revealed that he had ups and downs in 2021. At the time, he didn’t confirm whether he and Clare were back together.
