Last season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days brought viewers Tim Malcolm, a 39-year-old business owner from North Carolina. At the time, Tim was courting single mom Jeniffer Tarazona of Colombia. The relationship seems to have fizzled out since then, but Tim is still very active on Instagram.

Tim uses his Instagram nearly every day to update fans about his life, post memes, and share his interests. He also has a page devoted to his business, Gringo Custom Guns.

Tim focused on people with anxiety

Tim began the video by explaining that he was recently with a friend who suffered a panic attack. For Tim’s friend, the fear and disruption of the pandemic aggravated existing anxiety and a panic attack ensued.

Tim shared that he, too, has suffered from anxiety and explained the intense feelings that come with a panic attack. But as a fellow anxiety sufferer, Tim could give great advice to the public about helping people with anxiety.

The key, according to Tim, is to support anyone who seems to be having a rough time in these uncertain times. “Comfort the ones around you,” Tim said, “Don’t make fun of people.”

Tim reminded fans that everyone reacts differently in stressful situations and that kindness and understanding are of the utmost importance.

Tim’s advice wasn’t limited to people with anxiety — he also reminded fans to watch out for others who are experiencing financial insecurity due to the crisis and vulnerable populations like asthmatics and the elderly.

Tim closed out the message with a simple reminder: wash your hands.

Other cast members have discussed coronavirus

Tim isn’t the only 90 Day alum talking about coronavirus. Geoffrey Paschel of the current season of Before the 90 Days took some heat for hoarding beer and toilet paper, while other cast members have shared more expected messages.

Caesar Mack, who was on the same season of Before the 90 Days as Tim, shared a picture with a single package of toilet paper with the lighthearted caption “keep your friends close and your toilet paper closer.”

Avery Warner, a current Before the 90 Days cast member, shared well wishes for fans along with an adorable picture of her daughter, Silver.

Season 3 star Loren Brovarnik, who is currently 33 weeks pregnant, has posted several pre-quarantine photos in an effort to cheer up fans who might be bored and socially isolating.

All in all, the cast of 90 Day Fiancé seems to be doing their part during this time of need.

90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days airs on Sundays at 8/7c on TLC.
