Kim Kardashian is taking all the precautions to keep herself and her family safe from the coronavirus — no matter what!

Kim is scrubbing her massive house from top to bottom in an attempt to get rid of any and all germs that might be lingering.

This action was actually spurred by her younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, who made the mistake of coughing in Kim’s presence.

Khloe coughs during a visit to Kim’s home

Khloe paid a visit to Kim’s Calabasas home and handed her a play makeup set for her daughter. However, the mom-of-four promptly attempted to sanitize the gift, chronicling the process on her Instagram stories.

Metro UK saw the 24-hour video before it expired. The video showed the 39-year-old alongside a doctor as they both meticulously tried to clean the space and Khloe’s toy.

Kim said “So Khloe handed this to me but I don’t want to touch it because she handed it to me, do you have any sanitizer? Can you wipe that down?”

She continued, “So this is the new jam of what I’m doing every time someone even hands me something. I’ll wipe it down.” Adding, “I saw her [Khloe] cough, and I’m not down for that. Okay, I think we’re good. Now I’ll give this to my daughter as a gift.”

Khloe hasn’t responded to her big sister’s actions, but we are sure she understands given the current situation.

The mom-of-four is well within her rights to take these precautions — she does have young kids and the virus is rapidly spreading.

 Celebrities and the coronavirus

Kim is not the only celebrity with major concerns about the spread of this disease.

The View co-host, Joy Behar recently announced that she will be taking a break from the show for the next few weeks as a precautionary measure. That is despite the fact that the ABC show has suspended its studio audience.

Unfortunately, actor Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson, were not so lucky. They have tested positive for the virus and are being quarantined in Australia, but continue to remain in high spirits.

Tom recently posted a message on Instagram thanking everyone for their concern. He shared a happy photo of himself and Rita with the following caption seen below:

Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and the rest of the family can soon be seen on Season 18 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians when it debuts on March 26.
