Southern Charm Season 6 has wrapped and now, the reunion is set to air. It has been a tumultuous season that included everything from the questioning of sobriety to claims of friends passing around chlamydia.
Much of Season 6 of Southern Charm focused on the on again and off again relationship between Austen Kroll and Madison LeCroy. The two were on and off for most of the season with a huge blowup happening on the cast trip, which ended with Madison claiming she heard that Shep Rose gave Danni Baird chlamydia from Austen.
At the reunion, Austen Kroll reveals that he and Madison LeCroy are not together. When Andy asks about friends with benefits, he doesn’t deny that is the case. It looks like neither party can quit the other, leading to some interesting boundaries.
Of course, Danni Baird is still fuming about the reckless accusation regarding the chlamydia. She is still denying that it is true, though Southern Charm fans aren’t sure what to believe. Shep Rose was very upset with Austen Kroll for what he said. He never outrightly denied the claim which has led to some confusion.
Remember, there has been a lot of focus on Shep Rose hating Madison LeCroy this season. He called her white trash and then when he attempted to apologize while on the trip, things went sideways with the chlamydia thing. Then, at Patricia Altschul’s party, Shep stirred the pot by inviting Chelsea Scott to be his date.
Bringing Chelsea Scott as his date was a huge line drawn in the sand from Shep Rose. She was one of the girls who were a part of the tape released from Austen Kroll’s place when Madison LeCroy showed up and found him with two girls. Along with Shep, Craig Conover joined in and brought Michelle, the other girl from the same video.
The situation with Austen Kroll and Madison LeCroy is complicated. It is unclear if either will be back for Season 7, but if they do return, the drama will likely ramp up.
Southern Charm airs Wednesday nights at 9/8c on Bravo.
