Thomas Ravenel may have a desire to stay out of the spotlight at the moment — but the headlines keep coming.
Southern Charm’s reunion special was filmed in New York last week. While nothing is known for sure right now, Ravenel was rumored to have been booted from it over sexual assault allegations against him.
Before the reunion took place, plenty was said about Ravenel’s relationship with Ashley Jacobs and her decision to take part in the filming — for which she would have picked up a small sum.
Perhaps she decided to take part because she wanted to defend Ravenel, but sources have now told Radar Online that he sees things differently and feels it is a big betrayal.

Over the past couple of weeks, fans have seen Thomas Ravenel defend Kathryn Dennis on Southern Charm whenever Ashley Jacobs said something mean about her — so it’s clear he still has feelings for Kathryn.
There have been a handful of rumors about Ashley and her role on the show. Several of Ravenel’s co-stars, including Shep Rose, are not fans, and sources now say that he is done with the relationship after watching her behavior on Southern Charm completely changed things for him.
It will be interesting to see if Ravenel can break things off with Ashley and move on before the next season of Southern Charm begins. While he could be thinking about pursuing Kathryn, it sounds like she’s already flirting with the idea of dating Shep Rose.
